Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership Fees (General Policy)

Non-Refundable

All sales of membership plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, or Annual) are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE once the payment is successfully processed.

The Gym Culture does not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal dissatisfaction after the trial period.

  • Lack of usage or non-attendance at the facility.

  • Relocation or shifting of residence (unless transferred to another Gym Culture branch, subject to the Franchise partner’s approval and applicable transfer fees).

  • Changes in personal or work schedule.

Membership Freeze/Extension

  • Medical Grounds: In the event of a severe medical condition or injury that prevents the member from using the gym for an extended period (minimum 15 days), the membership may be frozen.

  • Procedure: A formal request must be submitted to the branch manager along with valid medical documentation from a registered practitioner.

  • Outcome: No cash refunds will be processed. The management may, at its sole discretion, grant a membership extension equivalent to the frozen period. A fee may be applicable for this service

Trial Passes

  • Any fees paid for day passes or promotional trial periods are non-refundable.

Personal Training (PT) Packages

  • Non-Refundable: All purchases of Personal Training sessions or packages are non-refundable.

  • Expiry: Sessions must be utilized within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will automatically expire, and no refunds or extensions will be granted for expired sessions.

  • Cancellation: Members must notify their trainer at least 6 hours in advance if they need to cancel a scheduled PT session. Failure to provide timely notice may result in the session being forfeited.

Franchise Fees

  • Any application fees, deposits, or formal payments made towards a Franchise Agreement are governed solely by the terms and conditions outlined in the separate signed Franchise Agreement document.

  • The general refund policy stated herein does not apply to franchise transactions.

Billing Errors & Disputes

  • If you believe there has been an error in billing or a duplicate charge, you must notify The Gym Culture management immediately, and no later than 7 days from the date of the transaction.

  • All payment disputes will be investigated internally, and the final decision regarding rectification will rest with The Gym Culture management.

Termination by The Gym Culture

The Gym Culture reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately without refund if the member violates the Gym Floor Code of Conduct or the Terms & Conditions.
