Welcome to The Gym Culture! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (https://thegymculture.in) and your membership/visit to any of our physical gym locations (Borivali, Kandivali, Mira Road, Malad, Orlem, Haridwar, and future branches).
By accessing this website, purchasing a membership, or entering our premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Membership & Access
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to join. Members under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to sign the membership agreement and waiver.
You must verify that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from using our equipment.
Access Cards/Biometrics
Membership is personal and non-transferable. You cannot transfer your membership to another person unless explicitly approved by management under a specific transfer policy (transfer fees may apply).
Members must carry their access card or use the biometric entry system upon every visit. Entry may be denied without valid identification.

Gym Floor Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and positive environment for all members, strict adherence to the following rules is mandatory:
- Attire: Proper athletic attire is required. Sports shoes are mandatory on the gym floor. Jeans, slippers, sandals, or barefoot training (except in designated yoga/stretching areas) is strictly prohibited.
- Hygiene: Please carry a hand towel. Wipe down machines and benches after use.
- Equipment: Re-rack your weights. Do not drop dumbbells or plates unnecessarily. Share equipment during peak hours (no “hogging” machines while on your phone).
- Behavior: We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for harassment, verbal abuse, or aggressive behavior towards staff or other members. Any violation will result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
- Personal Training: unauthorized personal training is prohibited. Only certified trainers employed by The Gym Culture are permitted to train members.
Health & Liability Waiver (Important)
By joining The Gym Culture, you acknowledge and agree that:
Assumption of Risk: Physical exercise, use of gym equipment, and participation in classes involve inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily accept these risks.
Medical Consult: It is your responsibility to consult a physician before starting any new exercise program.
Release of Liability: The Gym Culture, its owners, franchise partners, employees, and trainers shall not be liable for any injury, death, health complication, or damage/loss of personal property (theft) occurring on the premises.
Lockers: Lockers are provided for temporary use while working out. Do not leave valuables overnight. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
No Refunds: All membership sales are final. Membership fees, personal training packages, and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances (including lack of usage or relocation).
Payment: Full payment must be made in advance. We do not offer credit facilities.
Price Changes: The Gym Culture reserves the right to change membership rates for new joiners or renewals at any time. Existing active memberships will not be affected until expiration.
Franchise Inquiries
If you submit an inquiry regarding our Franchise opportunities via the website:
Submission of an inquiry form does not guarantee a franchise partnership.
Any financial data or business models discussed during preliminary meetings are confidential.
A formal Franchise Agreement must be signed to finalize any partnership; website terms do not constitute a business partnership agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the “The Gym Culture” logo, text, images, and training modules, is the property of The Gym Culture or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
